  It was a predictable Quality Inn room, clean on the wholke, comfortable, but as usual dark made darker by heavy furnishings. Otherwise, as somewhere to sleep it was fine. - Staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. The room was very well laid out with enough room to work at the desk and kick back and relax.   The room was super clean we had a room facing the trail behind the hotel and it was really quite really dark when u pulled the drapes loved it the hotel also has a private access gate to the trail which we used every night we stayed you can't even hear the noise from the freeway close by. All the facilities you would ex - Staff advised us right away that a new water system was being installed and that we would not have hot water until midnight. Room was comfortable and we were right across from the train station. We were taking the train to San Francisco and they let us park our car at the facility until we arrived back at 1:00. No charge. We would stay here again on our trip to Sacramento. This hotel is a couple of blocks from Old Town and the Train Museum. Great value, friendly staff, good beds, nice room.
