I loved the ability and speed to which the rooms were cooled. The air conditioning was spectacular. The beds were comfortable and the wifi greatly helped my temporary stay as a student close the university. I really enjoyed my stay here! Great people!. Rangeeta on day staff was awesome. She even lent me a cell phone charger, which allowed me to reach my companion that was meeting me for the weekend.
所有评语 » very nice staff, heplful and good price. this is the only hotel in sacramento that we stay at. The room was clean and their air condition was quit. Staff treats you like family, especially Rangeeta. Good pricing, easy to book, friendly staff. Nice room. Pleasant stay. Pleasant staff. Very friendly staff and great location. Very Clean and quiet. Although there was a near riot in the check-in area at about 11 P.M., the staff actually re-opened the lobby and remained courteous to all of the people seeking a room for the night. Poor baby Jesus was out in the manger that night for sure, and some of the people that saw me getting a room key seemed a bit peevish about it. The moral is register and pre-pay, suckers. the price was very reasonable for this family vacation. the night clerk was very attentive. the sheets on the bed were clean and smelled good. Good size room well air conditioned. The room was clean. Old Sacramento. The only thing I liked about staying at good night inn off of Howe Ave was how nice the staff was. The rate/price is good because it's cheap and the location too is good. Staff cleaned the rooms daily Plenty of towels. Clean towels and linens Good location. conveniently off the highway. Price was fair for location. Price. Nothing. I didn't like being forced to check out by 11 so that i could check in another extra night to my stay when i used booking. com. Somehow the hotel couldnt automatically allow me to check in without first checking out. But I will follow the rules regardless since I did agree to the terms and conditions. Flimsy window locks. The problem is their vending machine they don't have a water . None. need to have coffee in the room that would be a nice touch. The beds are in need of replacement, and the large security guard apcing about did not instill a feeling of safety at all. I'd believe it was entirely not hte hotel's fault, but there was also an evident bit of human feces on the second story landing that I had to walk around to get to my 3rd floor room. the carpet in the room had an unpleasant smell. the people in the upstairs room (top) made noise all thru the night, walking across the room constantly. A few miles from town can be noisy. The elevator was kind of dirty. The tub in the bathroom was blocked. So when we took a shower the water would go up ! No wi-fi. I didn't like how there was hidden charges and how noisy people were on the floor above us and the staff did nothing to stop it. It just kept happening and also the room service wasn't service. They never came to our room when we called or we would have to come and get service ourselves. And the bathrooms smelled like nothing but URINE!. 1. No refrigerator 2. No microwave 3. No hair blower 4. No shampoo and lotion 3. Room is dirty. Seedy element. Seedy element Transients. grungy, dirty, smelly. -Too many people roaming the hotel / motel VERY late at night and making noise. -Felt unsafe -Dirty carpet, room smelled of Cigarettes despite it being a no-smoking. Dirty carpet. I didn't like the fact that the room they gave us had a television that did not work as well as the cockroach we saw in the bathroom. We also were moved to another room because of this inconvenience. I arrived about 7:30pm and the lobby was closed, had to check-in through a bullet proof window around the corner, didn't make me feel very secure about the area. Couldn't understand the front desk people. Transients staying there kept me up all night and begged money from me in the morning. Room had no hair dryer or shampoo. I was double charged. Old fashioned TV. No good channels. Noisy. The room was to be nonsmoking but smell so bad of cigarettes. The lining was not clean on the bad covers need washing floor had hair on it balls of hair. Water was cold and want get hot no matter how long you let it run. You here other guest when they flush the toilet you here the running and walk of other guest all nite so not a good nite in. No facilities free eg wifi coffee making lack of towels no shampoo offered and room was crap bed uncomfortable Off Freeway with noise.
