  The staff was outstanding--helpful, friendly and extremely welcoming. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were relaxing, the grounds were charming and the perfect spot for a short walk. Willows Lodge is also ideally located--within walking distance of a nice biking/hiking trail, Chateau Ste. Michelle and Columbia Vineyards.   This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room.   The location of this hotel right on Lake Washington is really great and the view across the lake toward the mountains is really good. They have weddings throughout the year because of the location but the noise was not intrusive.   We loved everything! The staff was so sweet and had everything ready for us including fresh cookies and a hand written thank you note. The lobby is cozy and a great space to just relax.   I loved the staff! They were so friendly and had a lot of tips on where to go on the island. The room was clean and they even left a note for my boyfriends b-day.   We chose to stay in one of the cabins-and loved it!! We could come and go to meet the low tides. Lots of beach & surf to check out there, but also had access to other local beaches in vicinity.....including Ruby Beach.   We really enjoyed the feel of this hotel~it had a 1920's elegance. Down to the fine details of the room with an actual coffee press instead of the standard Mr. Coffee. It reminded us of the "Tower of Terror" ride in Disneyland!.... - the staff was amazing, night and day they were perfect

  Very friendly staff. We were able to check in before 10, even though the check in time was 16. And there was no problem getting the luggage stored on the day of departure.
