I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything else we needed.. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room. They were just verifying that we were happy with the accommodations and inquiring if we needed anything else. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  Very close to the mall - staff very friendly. Nancy at front desk very accommodating. - 2 bedroom suite, great location but needs major updating. We have stayed for many years and found it quite dirty this time. Hope it changes
