I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  I was so surprised when we got our room and a few minutes later we were called and ask if every thing was to our liking and was there anything else we needed.. Their customer service was excellent. We received a call from the front desk after being given time to settle into our room.   Our grandchildren ages 8 and 12 absolutely love the pool and beach. We were taking pictures of their sand castles well after dark on a Saturday night. We have stayed at Sandcastle several times before this trip during spring break. She is comfortable in the suites and it is nice to have the two bathrooms

  Loved everything, pet friendly, quite expensive the pet fee though, but the hotel was truly nice! Very clean!! I have stayed in places with hair in the bed, and trash in room still... Not this place, was sparkling clean, the kitchen was really nice, brand new stainless steel appliances, super comfortable bed and pillows.... It is a 20 min drive from Seattle Premium Outlets. My husband and I wanted to go out and have a few drinks and they have a shuttle that drove us to a local pub and then picked us up after.

  My wife and I enjoyed the Lusso very much. Staff was great. Lobby is nice. The rooms are very nice. Keep in mind, the Lusso is not a Five Star hotel, but it is a very nice hotel, and easy walking to downtown. Good beer next door.
