Close to down town sh - I'm very angry at letsbookhotel.com for giving me a room in the tower which I asked specifically not to be put in. I asked for the hotel for a special gift for my friend for her 50th bd get-together. I was so sad that what we got was a large, uninteresting room for the price I thought I was paying for the beautiful Supreme Deluxe room in the hotel that I'd asked for. Not the tower.

  The price was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice. When we went to check out the room rate was $10 higher than we had been quoted on letsbookhotel.com.   Our entire time at the motel was fantastic. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, modern and well appointed. Breakfast was light, but well presented and was well overseen by staff. We had a great stay at this motel and did not notice the freeway noise. - Not our first stay here.   The location was perfect for our lay over. Staff was prompt in airport pickup, rooms were soundproof even though you can see the airplanes from our window. Restaurant across the parking lot was great for a good late night soup and salad. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. A call before we boarded and they immediately went up and looked for it and got it into the mail for - Hotel was quiet, beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional....from front desk personnel to the shuttle driver. They stored our luggage for the day and let us leave our rental car so we could take the lite rail downtown - we had checked out, but didn't leave until that evening. The shuttle driver dropped us off and picked us up from the rail.
