The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

  Location was excellent! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Shuttle drivers to and from Sesame Place were friendly and personable! This was a perfect hotel for a family with small children. - the staff was very friendly and helpful and very kind to my children.   Our room was amazing! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fitness room. The fitness room was nicer than most we've been in. - Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with many offerings. Room was comfortable and felt like home.

Literally right next to the edge of the day 3 battlefields, the cemetery and very close to the visitors center. It is also close to the town center-easily walkable. Rooms were clean. Nothing fancy. A bit outdated but clean and comfortable. Pool was nice for a quick dip-all that is needed. After all one doesn't go to Gettysburg to lounge by the pool all day. :) Breakfast was good-in an old house on the property. Typical "breakfast included" fare. We would definitely stay here again

  We used this hotel as a stop over to cut a long drive. The team was accomodating, the room was spacious and the breakfast was good. I liked the fitness facility as well. - Very Clean. Wonderful Breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub.

  This property is in the city area. Good location was able to walk freely to see the sights during the day. Lobby is nice and parking is attached to property which you can go in and out with no additional charge. The room was a standard room but clean and we had enough space. We had a slight problem with our room a - Your registration staff was outstanding especially Paula Overstreet. She truly knows what good customer service is all about. I asked her about a good place for breakfast and she gave me a breakfast voucher. She was pleasant and made me feel right at home. Our TV had poor reception. She had a repair person at our room within 10 minutes and followed up with a phone call. For me excellent customer service is the most important aspect of a hotel stay.
