This property is in the city area. Good location was able to walk freely to see the sights during the day. Lobby is nice and parking is attached to property which you can go in and out with no additional charge. The room was a standard room but clean and we had enough space. They have a restaurant but pricey for breafast, You can walk right next door to Reading Terminal Market and find anything you want. Definitely a place to go check out while in Philly. 所有评语 » Your registration staff was outstanding especially Paula Overstreet. She truly knows what good customer service is all about. I asked her about a good place for breakfast and she gave me a breakfast voucher. She was pleasant and made me feel right at home. Our TV had poor reception. She had a repair person at our room within 10 minutes and followed up with a phone call. For me excellent customer service is the most important aspect of a hotel stay. Size of the room, cleanliness of the hotel, bed was extremely comfortabel, great value for money through letsbookhotel.com, reasonably priced restaurant on top floor looking over Phili, central location and near 11th street metro stop. - comfortable bed - friendliness of staff - helpfulnesss of staff - access to hotel pantry - good restaurant on 11th floor - location --- I was there for a conference which was literally taking place across the street. Very clean and comfy. Nice and helpful staff, great location. Next to a food market and train station. If you are coming from the airport, don't buy the Day Pass. You can see all the tourist attractions walking. Excellent location for many activities. Totally quiet and comfortable room with refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was not included and it costed around $16 per person, a little bit expensive but very very good. First impression of neighborhood was funky but it's really fine. The hotel was trying to charge more than the rate quoted by letsbookhotel.com. 2Nd stay at this hotel and both times given the wrong kind of room, but was resolved in a somewhat timely manner. Room was one of the furthest points in the hotel obviously not something considered by Hotel Employee who saw us check in with two tired children and tons of luggage. Huge negative- parking is 36.00 a day! That is a shame. No coupon by the hotel either. They will say they worked out the fee for you but you can park there from 6am to 6pm for 14.00!. Horrible smell of drains in bedroom corridor and bedroom. I didn't like that they do not offer complimentary breakfast. 33.00 parking fee. Parking garage did not feel entirely safe. $30/day for parking. In this kind of hotel, they should have breakfast. Nothing. Parking very expensive in the building. Lobby was small and not welcoming. The gym was awful. really small and none of the equipment worked properly. Also, the room needed a bit of a refurb. The spigot in the bath was falling off and there were some other bits that needed repairing. first floor service, clean degree of the pool. Confirmed a 2 night stay through letsbookhotel.com and hotel charged for three nights. Bedding is thoroughly worn out. The rooms have bugs. The bathtub was clogged ( when reported , it was fixed immediately). I did not feel comfortable at all. Definitely just a place to sleep while on business. It is not a place to relax. Room dirty and out dated. Food in restaurant was too salty. Parking was very expensive. I feel they needed some security. As soon as we checked in to the hotel, a bum off the street came into the hotel and approached my daughter and nearly scarred my her to death. The hotel clerks asked him to leave several times, however it didn't do any good. I had to say I would call the police, if he didn't leave. This put a damper on my whole trip. too bad mattress.caused lot of back pain.no proper service. its so high price. There were no towels by the pool area and the water was too warm for the summer.
