  The hotel has a delightful old world charm in the perfect location next to the Plaza. Perfect even during significant snow since everything is within walking distance. The fireplaces are perfect for reading a book while enjoying a drink and some guacamole and chips. The newly refurbished rooms are a good size and very comfortable. I have stayed here several times during the years and find the location couldn't be better. - We were warmly greeted at check in. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Food was delicious. The manager Rebecca was extremely warm and friendly. We were very impressed with her. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job. The location was the best. We were pleased with our stay.

  The place in general is very nicely designed, which is what Santa Fe is about. Some very nice sculpture/art for decor.   This was the best value for the space, amenities and staff, as well as convenience, among the 35 places we have stayed in the past 2 months. Clearly, I highly recommend it!
