  The hotel has a delightful old world charm in the perfect location next to the Plaza. Perfect even during significant snow since everything is within walking distance. The fireplaces are perfect for reading a book while enjoying a drink and some guacamole and chips. The newly refurbished rooms are a good size and very comfortable. I have stayed here several times during the years and find the location couldn't be better. - We were warmly greeted at check in. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Food was delicious. The manager Rebecca was extremely warm and friendly. We were very impressed with her. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job. The location was the best. We were pleased with our stay.

  The place in general is very nicely designed, which is what Santa Fe is about. Some very nice sculpture/art for decor. The complimentary wine in the early evening, the breakfast was good.The staff at the upstairs bar/breakfast room was very friendly, also at the restaurant, and at the reception in the Hacienda building.   Afternoon front desk staff went out of her way to accomadate all our requests. She was amazing and fast. We requested a room change (handicap) and we were moved within 10. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were all polite and efficient. I don't understand some of the complaints I've seen here. Maybe just a bunch of babies. One person complained that the hotel/casino are way out in the middle of nowhere. Seriously? Nobody forced you to stay there. Some Indian tribes don't have much of a choice as to where the hotel/casino can be located since the land was set aside for them by the us government. I would stay there again. 4
