  Proximity to the New Mexico Balloon Fiesta, historic downtown and Sandia Crest. - Helpful front desk--changed our room when told we booked 2 queens, not one. Also, told them of strong smell in the first room and someone went right away to check it out. The hot breakfast was better than average. Pool area looked nice though we didn't use it.

  Nice, clean and comfortable room. Were very nice about offering a late check out and our request for a room in a very quiet part of the hotel. - I always stay at this Hotel when in abq. Very close to the Airport/Rental car return hub. Staff is always nice Loved the shower Bed was great

  I really liked this hotel. The price was great, the bathroom was spotless, the WiFi signal was strong, and I liked that their pool is open year round. The greatest asset of this hotel, however, is their staff. I happened to be sitting in the lobby for a couple of hours one afternoon and overhea - We loved this hotel. It was so clean and beautifully appointed. The staff was amazing and the restaurant was excellent. The Pool and hot tub was very nice. It was such an incredible value and the location was perfect for shopping and museums.

  We were on our way to texas in our small airplane, headed to a "fly- in". We decided to stay overnight in Deming. The Grand Motor Inn picks you up at the airport and takes you to the hotel. The staff was totally awesome and friendly. The room was very clean and well equipped. The rates are very reasonable. The restaurant has great food. The ribeye steak dinner had the best steak I've had i - Very comfortable rooms, excellent housekeeping staff, very large bathroom with full size tub. It was very nice to receive a courtesy call from the front desk to check in to see if there were any issues. The desk staff are very welcoming and the restaurant is affordable and tasty. I highly recommend the breakfast burritos with the fresh green chilies sauce and homemade salsa on the hashbrowns. Great place to stop over at or spend a whole week exploring the Deming area.

  Afternoon front desk staff went out of her way to accomadate all our requests. She was amazing and fast. We requested a room change (handicap) and we were moved within 10. She went out of her way and was fantastic. the hotel is beautiful the restaurant was clean and very affordable. The hotel and casino wer - I had no complaints whatsoever. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were all polite and efficient. I don't understand some of the complaints I've seen here. Maybe just a bunch of babies. One person complained that the hotel/casino are way out in the middle of nowhere. Seriously? Nobody forced you to stay there. Some Indian tribes don't have much of a choice as to where the hotel/casino can be located since the land was set aside for them by the us government. I would stay there again. 4
