  Zack, behind the desk, gave us a referral to a place for dinner in town that made a good day a GREAT day! When I forgot something and called a day later, I was assured that it would be mailed to me. Everyone we met was happy and helpful! - The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We used the breakfast eating area to play cards, visit with family and eat pizza. When we needed extra blankets and towels they were brought to our room very quickly. I've stayed at this hotel since visiting a nephew in Sault Sainte Marie and will continue o do so until he graduates.
