  Loved the restored historical property the wide porch with rocking chairs the spacious room with large bathtub. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. We fit right in with the oth - The B&B owner checked us in and was fantastic. He provided us a map of the surrounding areas and gave us a number of recommendations for restaurants. Our room was upgraded for free. In addition to the amazing breakfast, there were always treats on hand and an honor bar with beer on tab and wine available. The building is amazing and our room and bathroom were fantastic. The location is a few lovely blocks from trolley line. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

  Everyone so friendly and helpful. Even had a valet employee go across the street to try and get me a map when i needed directions. Front desk employee worked above and beyond to let us move to an adjoining room with our friends when stayed a second night. Waitress in cafe very helpful and buffet was great. The hotel is on the parade routes for Mardi Gras and St. Patricks Day. The entire staff was great, from the front desk to the valet and cleaning staff. Good location in garden district, on the trolley line and near Magazine street but a car is reommended if you are going to the Quarter or Marigny.
