  It was everything you except out of a Embassey Hotel. Staff was awesome. We left our Ipad in the room and they called us rightaway to return to get our Ipad. Impressed! Breakfast omelet was awesome. The waffle was not up to par but everything else was great.   We traveled with an 8 year old. The room even with a rollaway bed was very large. The city/lake view was great.   Staff was very curtious and even took us in the shuttle to the nearest train station. They also picked us up from the train station to bring us back to the hotel. - The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have Ruby Tuesday's attached to the hotel. It was close to a major mall and theater.

  I liked the views of the lake...they were exquisite. The room was large and comfortable including a minibar and a little kitchenette (sink only). The closet was spacious and the shower head had good pressure. The whole bathroom was really nice. Also, I like the fact that as a guest I have full access to the exercise and locker room facilities.   The matress on our bed was so comfortable that we actually asked at the front desk how we could get one for at home. The staff was super friendly and the room was fantastic.
