  The hotel is in an excellent location. I really like the courtyard and the clean environment.The staff were excellent especially the janitors - 5 star service. Warm and friendly staff. The fact that they do not accept tips made their committment to excellence all the more valid.

  It was everything you except out of a Embassey Hotel. Staff was awesome. We left our Ipad in the room and they called us rightaway to return to get our Ipad. Impressed! Breakfast omelet was awesome. The waffle was not up to par but everything else was great.   Had a death in the family in Antioch. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. Room was great, hospitality great and what blew us away was the Breakfast. The lounge and entertainment was also a plus. Never expected what we walked into. Also, the slots were also great! Very clean.The pool and whirlpool were wonderful and beautifully designed. The full breakfast surely beats out a continental breakfast by a long shot.   We traveled with an 8 year old. The room even with a rollaway bed was very large. The city/lake view was great.
