  There was a little mix up due to our reservartion via "letsbookhotel.com" and the desk supervisor took care of it. Bar personnel were friendly and made good drinks. Free parking was a plus. - Reception staff were extremely helpful. Arriving at 0800 after an overnight flight from Hawaii was not an issue. Room available on arrival.

  The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean and breakfast was wonderful. Staff was great that kept our luggage behind the counter while we went to have lunch at Copeland b/c our train didn't leave until 1:30.   Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful.   Always clean, they keep upgrading things, eg tv'S. Since the State Police always stay there, it's an added "safety factor." Safety has never really been a concern for me. - The hotel was very clean. The breakfast bar was complete. The internet connectivity worked.
