  There was a little mix up due to our reservartion via "letsbookhotel.com" and the desk supervisor took care of it. Bar personnel were friendly and made good drinks. Free parking was a plus. - Reception staff were extremely helpful. Arriving at 0800 after an overnight flight from Hawaii was not an issue. Room available on arrival.

  Very clean hotel just basic needs are there. They have a sign up for shuttle to get to the airport. We took the train to downtown chicago, came back and got another ride with hotel shuttle back.   We have enjoyed our stay at Napperville a lot.   Very nice clean and quiet. Staff was extremely friendly - Very busy that particular evening, but the desk clerk was knowledgeable and efficient. Room was clean. Wi-Fi strength was decent up on the 3rd floor.
