The added bonus of having a smoking room where we could leave the window open without giving up our privacy was a major convenience.   The personalized service was amazing. Upon our arrival, we wrote it was our first time to the city. The concierge hand wrote a welcome card and included a map with highlighted areas we must see WITH a detailed (again handwritten) explanation of each place corresponding to color print outs of the sites.   For the price it had everything I expected and more. While small the spa area and exercise area were superior and the staff GREAT. I just wish it opened earlier than 9 am. The staff was very good as was the business center ( small but adequate). I would stay t here again and would recommend it to others. Rick Brown - Staff were very friendly... 别人怎么说 » and most helpful. The room was comfortable, the decor was interesting and bonuses for me were free internet and plenty of electrical outlets. It was in a perfect location for conference at a Union Square hotel as well as shopping and entertainment. I'd definitely stay there again. Loved it.
