  The general manager. We had a problem at midnight, he came to the room, quietly not waking 3 of the sleeping ppl in the room, and got the ac running. Then he told us that he would adjust the bill, and he did exactly what he said he would do. We are very thankful for him. Kudos to him!   While I travel quite a bit, I don't write a ton of reviews here. However, this Quality Inn turned out to be so amazing I just have to leave my review. Everything about it was perfect -- we were given fresh home-made cookies at check in, there's a happy hour with free food and drinks almost every day, breakfasts were pretty great as well, the Inter... 别人怎么说 » net connection was spotless all the time, they've got a lovely pool and a hot tub, plus a tiny putting course (think: golf). Even the shower worked be - I liked that this hotel was so conveniently close to the clinic where I had a doctor's appointment the next day. Thanks to letsbookhotel.com we got this room at 50% off which is a big deal considering its in an area where rates are typically $100 and up. Very clean and comfortable room and accomodations, would definitley stay here again.
