The general manager. We had a problem at midnight, he came to the room, quietly not waking 3 of the sleeping ppl in the room, and got the ac running. Then he told us that he would adjust the bill, and he did exactly what he said he would do. We are very thankful for him. Kudos to him! Definitely the highlight of our stay!.
The staff were professional, and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Great team effort.

For the price that we booked the room for, the quality of the rooms were deplorable. There was tile falling off of the wall in the bathroom. The latch to the bathroom door was broken. The toilet seat wasn't secured to the toilet. Then the final straw was the ac. It didn't work consistently, and finally at midnight wouldn't come back on, at all. The room went well over 80 degrees F. For $160 a night there should be zero problems and a person should be able to get a good nights sleep.
Can't think of anything.
The bed is way to hard. There are no drawers to put clothes in except one tiny one under television stand.
stay was too short! LOL!.
The breakfast area was very crowded for most of breakfast hours.
Breakfast marginal, staff in that area needed to keep tables cleaned after use.
No complaints for once !.
Waking up to 4 inches of snow. :).
The bed was the hardest mattress I ever slept on. Uncomfortable.
2 dogs in rooms across hall barked for hours; manager did not compensate with anything when complained.
That my rewards were not credited because I booked through YOUR service and this was not stated anywhere on your site. I will never recommend or use your site again.
Stains on carpet, room smelled musty like a locker room, pillows were stinky, no outside seating area, thin walls.
We had to move rooms at midnight due to some mechanical issues.
