  The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in the enjoyment of our stay. We were excited about our free upgrade to a harbor view room.   The staff was great, the room was awesome, very clean and roomy. The boardwalk was fantastic. So nice to have the Kenai right behind the hotel for a long walk. - Close proximity to fishing the Kenai River. Nice board walk along river. Very friendly, informative and helpful man behind desk named David.
