  We loved Ashley at the pool bar and Marcello, the beach keeper! They were both the Most Friendly at the hotel! We weren't happy with the folks at the front desk! Not friendly and didn't notify us when our room was ready! We were about to leave at 4:45 when they never contacted us that the room was ready. I amI afraid if we waited for the front desk to notify us, we would have slept at the pool! - All the staff was very nice. And helpfull. I am a diabetic and needed to eat fast one night after most of the restaurants had closed. The front desk gave me the phone number of a restaurant that was close and they deliverd fast. Great customer service, couldn't of asked for more. Exeeded my expectations.

  We stayed two nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful. When we got there the room rate was advertised lower then when we originally booked online and the desk clerk was helpful in getting the room rate adjusted to the lower advertised rate. A savings of $40.00. letsbookhotel.com was also very accommodating in this room rate adjustment. The guy working in the breakfast buffet area was very nice and was very quick to assist my child at the drink station. I would recommend any looking for a nice hotel on a budget and family to consider staying on a leisure visit. Very quiet with a relaxing atmosphere.

  The facility was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff at the desk was very helpful. Amenities expected with the cost of the hotel - hair dryer, coffee pot, etc. Would certainly recommend on this basis. - Inside was lovely and rooms were nice....shower head had good water pressure too!   Very convenient location, close to major roads/highway and shopping/restaurants. The breakfast buffet offered several options and had fresh food. The staff was friendly and gave me a map to the airport when I left. - Nice spacious room with refrigerator. Clean and modern with no wear and tear visible. Will use them again next season.
