We stayed two nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful. When we got there the room rate was advertised lower then when we originally booked online and the desk clerk was helpful in getting the room rate adjusted to the lower advertised rate. A savings of $40.00. letsbookhotel.com was also very accommodating in this room rate adjustment. The room, lobby and the grounds were very clean.
所有评语 » The workers at the front desk were friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. The guy working in the breakfast buffet area was very nice and was very quick to assist my child at the drink station. I would recommend any looking for a nice hotel on a budget and family to consider staying on a leisure visit. Very quiet with a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms exceeded my expectations. The photos on the website are outdated. The rooms include updated bedding, modern furniture, and flat screen T.V.'S. The rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and awesome powerful showerheads. Housekeeping and the front desk were accommodating. Very basic, exactly what you get at this price, slightly out of date, but clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had three rooms, they were all half updated. Appreciate the frig and microwave in each room. The gentleman serving in the dining room was fantastic. The atrium and other common areas were very clean and comfortable....great area to just sit back or meet new friends. The Ashbury is definitely a step up from my usual hotel choice.. LaQuinta...AND about $25 less!. I enjoyed being able to stay inside with my room on the first floor close to the front desk and entrance. The room was real nice. The employees were friendly and helpful. The lady at reception was friendly & helpful. We were upgraded to a suite without asking for it. The room was large, & the bed was comfortable. We were pleased with what we saw. We came in late and left early so we didn't see much. Our bed was great! Room was very clean. We'd stay again!. We enjoyed the pool. Having a fridge and microwave was very accomodating. The pool was refreshing after a lomg day of driving. Love the indoor pool, and the refregrator and microwave in room. And the quietness of the hotel. A very nice staff both times I was there, 4/24/ and 05/4. Enjoyed both times very most. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful in locating various locations. We loved the pool and access to room easy for elderly. friendly staff, good position if you have car, clean. Food at breakfast. Beds. Near shopping. Very pretty, great staff, night security. quiet halls, large bed (got an upgrade). Employee at front desk was great!. Friendly, very comfortable hotel. the cleanliness of the rooms. Nice and clean rooms. staffs friendiness. Cleanlyness. They were polite and room was clean. The workers r very nice. Price and location. The room décor was tired (could use some updating) and the bathroom was painfully small. Say s few water bugs around the pool area and informed staff. Breakfast buffet could have had more to offer. I was unable to connect to the hotels WiFi through my phone or my tablet. I had to sit in the lobby to finish up some reports. The automatic entrance door was broken, making it difficult to bring in bags without someone holding the door. We paid for one family in our group to have breakfast, save your money and pack in your breakfast. No fruit, no yogurt, very heavy, fatty choices. Eggs, sausage, bread, two cereals. I was pleasantly surprised with the Ashbury.....I can only think of one improvement for a coffee drinker like myself....may I suggest leaving two packages of coffee instead of one :-). I did not like the very front entrance was not automatic because I had to put down my luggages to open the door even though the second sets of doors were automatic. I did not like having to pay extra for breakfast; however it wasn't that bad. We booked the hotel under the advertisment of an indoor pool, inwhich there was a nice one, and a included breakfast which they did not have. We booked the room at $77 a night. Their special on the marques was $53. The front desk only discounted $10 for not having breakfasts any more. Nothing. Bathroom was dark on 05/04/. While the hotel looked very fresh from the outside, the rooms were old and in need of sprucing up. Door had cracks, paint old, hand rails fell out of wall when I lost balance. Needs a good refreshing - but I understand also that is costly. Nothing. no breakfast, wi-fi not working in our room, had to move in the lobby to make reservation for next night. Nothing. older rooms, hall had an odor, and bathroon pipes rusty. Nothing. I felt it was a little understaffed trying to check in staff member answering phones and trying to check us in at the same time was a little time consuming. Access to shoping areas. MapQuest Had it located off exit 3a. There is no more a and B. The streets around are one way so was hard to get to hotel the first time. I ask for nun smoking and received smoking. the sweets r better on the uper floor. I saw a roach which made me angry, but I was too tired to leave. So I stayed and hoped I wouldn't see anymore.And there were no amenities in the bathroom. There seemed to be a bar in the lobby area, but it wasn't open or staffed.
