The atmosphere and character were unsurpassed. It was great to spend the day out and about and relax in the pool or Hot Tub. It was the first guesthouse I've been to that you could practically spend the whole time there. The staff was warm and the walk through the facility and explanation of the amenities was very useful. It made you feel like you were visiting friends more than staying at a hotel. I already booked a room for the same weekend next year!.
所有评语 » The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Our room was on the small side but had a large private terrace which was lovely. The bathroom had a large spa bath ! Wine and cheese events were fun - I would even say a real hoot one afternoon. Everything was clean - and even had free parking. We will absolutely be back next year. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was outstanding. Frank (who we learned was new to Brass Key) went above and beyond for us. He made our stay amazing. Everyone was so friendly and fun...Cant wait to go back again. The rooms were fantastic and the grounds were beautiful. It was clear that the staff cared about the upkeep of the facilities. As a young just married couple we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book a longer visit next time. Brass Key has many awesome features: outdoor hot tub; dvd rental; great location for food, shopping, and activities; great shower with multiple jets; access to spa treatment across the street; in house bar; and continental breakfast. The staff was wonderful. Great spa and pool as well as nicely appointed rooms. Great location in Ptown - you can easily walk to everything. I'll be staying there again for sure. Great location near Comm'l St Nice bldgs and pool area Good water pressure in showers. The bed was a little too firm for me and breakfast was on par with what you could get at a Holiday Inn. nothing. Nothing. Heat took forever to crank up!. Room was a little small for two people. The noise from the cleaning staff as well as guests above in the early morning were unacceptable. Mattresses are old and hard, for this much $ s/b pillow tops Our room was next to pool and we had noisy pool partiers that distracted us right outside our room.
