It was very nice that the internet access was continued after check out. My flight was not for several hours after check out. It allowed me to work while I waited to take the shuttle to the airport. I stayed at a hotel that was about 3 times the price and internet was cut off at the time of check out. Just appreciative of the access. The staff were amazing. From the room attendants to the desk attendants, everyone was pleasant, polite, and extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and everything is sparkling clean at all times. They also offer delicious breakfast and a huge hot tub.

Colleague and I stayed one night for business as the hotel was conveniently located and lended an overall pleasant stay. The gentleman at front desk around 5pm was very very helpful in us selecting a restaurant and other sightseeing tours. I don't know his name but he was a young tall black man and I told him how good he was. We wanted a reasonable rate and a nice hotel near the airport . When we went in it was hard to believe the quality for the rate we paid. Most airport hotels are pricey and basic. This was memorable!. The room was excellent for the business traveler. Large, desk, comfortable reading chair, comfortable bed. The room was the quietest of the Nashville hotels where I have stayed in the past year. "Vicki" at Front Desk does it all, a very nice and efficient, friendly lady who gets what make you feel at home and extending professional courtesies is all about. Cheers to her!. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the rooms, the spacious accommodations and the friendly staff. We were very comfortable during our stay and have no complaints. Nice hotel. The staff with the exception of one was very nice. Spoke each time we came in the door. Good breakfast and really like have the fridge in rooms. The hotel is near the airport and offers a convenient shuttle. An employee suggested a great place for dinner and gave me a road to and from the restaurant. I loved the room all except the tub. The staff was wonderful, couldn't have asked for a more helpful group of people. Until I checked out. The staff was very courteous and made the extra effort to ensure my satisfaction. I would definitely stay there again. location, wonderful staff, price designated smoking area away from front door- a bench would make it perfect. Spacious rooms and clean rooms. First morning, I had an early start and Breakfast was not ready at 6:15 AM. Bathtub was stained in bottom. Made it look a little dirty. One female staff member on Sunday am at checkout, was looking at paperwork and did not acknowledge me until she finished what she was doing. I was standing right in front of her. Wish the hotel wasn't under construction. I absolutly loved our stay until checking out. Without asking the front desk charged my card. He gave me a receipt and told me to have a nice day. I informed him I wanted to pay in cash. He seemed annoyed and never again smiled or acting kindly. He was borderline rude. I had a great time there, but not I'm not wanting to come back. I also informed him that the mat in the bathtub was dirty and was afraid to give my son a bath, he seemed unconcerned. no grab bars in Bathroom, commode too low windows couldn't be opened for fresh air breeze room smelled like too many air freshners/chemicals used in cleaning. The workout room had no AC and could not use the gym due to it being to hot. Nothing. Was told I was booking a room with a sofa-sleeper, and when I got there there wasn't one. VERY disappointed and put out by it!. No microwave available. Ice machine not working on second floor. No pool (wasn't working) Water backward on shower. hot was cold and cold was hot. To get the hottest water you barely had pressure. All very nice. nothing. No Indoor pool. Would like to see more information about the hotel and the city in the room. The coffee served in the lobby area at breakfast was not good. Can't think of one thing!!!!. Bookings reservation was not accessible to the hotel. They didn't know I was coming and I was lucky there were rooms available. Pool was mot working!. Showerhead (it also fell apart). The bed was a little to soft & sunk in when laying making it difficult to sleep. No dislkes. Pool closed and spa closed for repair in the middle of june??? No advance notice. No obvious work being done to correct this. n/a. Breakfast choices were weak. Eggs were not fresh either. My parents were not given the senior citizens discount. It was told to us that when I made the reservation online I should have done it then. I didn't see that question. My parents were 71 & 74. It should have been given at time of checkout. Lack of transportation shuttle to downtown area attractions. Parking. When arrived at hotel found it was under renovation which was not indicated online. Thankfully we stayed on a weekend and they were not working so no noise issues I don't usually notice issues w cleanliness but in this case noticed the bathroom was not clean w visible hair on the floor and around the tub but the rest of the room was nice!. When we arrived, they did not have our booking in their system. We were given a room, but due to construction on the building, we had workers outside our window from 8-5. Could not open the drapes and a little noisy. Saturday the 27th of July there was a party in the meeting room with very loud music which also happened to be below our room. This (music) was so loud that our floor was actually vibrating. I went down and talked with the manager and was assured that it was almost over. This continued until 10pm. I was looking up Wingate's corporate headquarters phone number when it finally stopped. Many of those people were not staying at the hotel as they left at that time. breakfast, shower/bathtub, bathroom door, carpet, a/c unit was loud. Our bill was inflated above the promised rate for the second and third day. Someone tried to bill us another charge which was not authorized by me. Carpet was so dirty made our feet black Bath tub was in terrible shape Wallpaper peeling off walls June 24 and the swimming pool was closed Air was either on or off could not run the fan Drapes blew out so they blocked the air. Had to pin them back with coat hangers. bed too close to a/c heater. it blew trash on the bed. power cut in the night with no explantion in the morning.
