From the start, we were pleased with this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly & helpful. I locked my keys in the car, and they offered to call for someone to help me. When I asked about local churches, they asked for specifics, googled the nearest one, and left me a printout from the church's website and mapquest directions at the desk!! The breakfast was great - my daughters especially enjoyed it. I loved the cleanliness, comfort and attractiveness of the rooms and the lo.
所有评语 » Hotel was very nice, clean, safe. our toom had 2 tvs. liked feature of sofa, large desk, kitchenette as a bonus det up. Breakfast room was the most packed I've ever seen yet well equipped with food supply. Good selection to satisfy young to elderly. Waffle station was a bit hidden and lines were long. Staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good for this kind of property (cereals, eggs, toast, waffles fruit, coffee, juice). Property is in very good condition. We had a wonderul stay. The rooms were very spacious and extremely comfortable. I appreciated the work space in the room. The hotel was also conveniently located for our activities. The staff was really friendly and helpful..we forgot about the time difference from Eastern to Central..and arrived an hour early..they were nice enough to let us check in.. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was incredible. We only stayed one night, but would have loved to stay longer! Great for those traveling on business!. the room was spacious. I like having fridge and microwave. The pool was big and heated! And we received a hand written note from the staff. Thank you!. I really liked the gal working the front desk at night - I think her last name was Peters, and she was extremely polite and professional. Friendly staff; received a very nice note from members who were concerned about the surgery I mentioned I was going to have next day. Great staff - front desk gave us excellent tips of where to go, how to get there and value. Room was above expectations. Thank you card given to us with our bill. Separated bathroom so that two people could get ready at the same time. We liked it all. Easy access to everything in Nashville. Room was large and service and staff were incredible. Easy access to interstates. Felt very safe with my kids there. Hotel was clean/comfortable. Friendly staff. Room was clean and had lots of room for our group. Within minutes of downtown and shopping areas. The staff was frindg and it was not far from places we wanted to k. Easy to find as well. Staff was fantastic!! Clean and comfortable!! Practical Motel with good facilities and reasonable breakfast. The pool the space in the room the location. Staff was helpful and the room was clean. Wifi was sometimes a bit sketchy, shower room needs more light. Relatively minor issues. The breakfast was average at best. They did work hard to keep it restocked, but I wasn't impressed with the quality of food. It was definitely not bad, just not great. My husband didn't like that are room war right by the elevator..he heard it while trying to watch TV..however, we had the air conditioning on and didn't hear the elevator at all during the night. Wish we could have stayed there longer. Bathroom had a few hairs on floor when we arrived; but overall very clean. Unable to rent movies or DVD player. Nothing. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. There was only an indoor heated pool, which was very nice, but I was expecting a hot tub too. There was also no hair dryer in my room and I had not packed one with me. Breakfast area crowded. The beds were some what uncomfortable. you all should think about getting some sleep number beds. $25 one way for taxi but its not the hotels fault. Very difficult to find in the dark. Wasted an hour trying to find the Airport Road to turn onto. Having to find a place to sit at breakfast. Location. The price....bookings.com was very misleading the pool are was crowded the bed was very uncomfortable the hot breakfast was bland I wouldn't stay here again. Not adequate linens Breakfast even tho free wasn't very good and second day I went McDonald's instead Key didnt work front desk blamed me for putting it next to my cell phone or other cards.
