It was a great location, it was clean, I sleep well. No noises or problems. Liz and I are older and have traveled a lot. This place is not luxurious. If what you want is small, clean, comfortable place to stay, this is it. availability; cost; microwave/refrigerator/sink/cupboard they are trying to update a 1960's motel it is on Hwy 41 between downtown Naples and Marco Island.
所有评语 » Staff very friendly, laundry machines available, central, quiet spacious rooms. Would definitely go back. The place was nice and quite at nite, no troubles. Some of the characters there when we arrived looked a little shady. Was on our route. It was the lowest priced hotel/motel in Naples and I just needed a place to sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location, parking and price were good. Inexpensive. Comfy bed. nothing. well...the roof didn't leak... Nothing. The hot water took a long time to get to the shower., After that it worked fine. room way too small for dbl occupancy, no place for children no court yard or pool strictly a sleeping place. Woke up in am with insect bite under my eye; eyes swollen. Location did not feel 100% safe walking home from downtown but to be fair it is only a $10 cab ride. A/c does not work very well. Room was extremely hot because a/c was not on. A/c unit was undersized for room so it took 10 hours before room was almost bearable. Did not get much sleep because of the heat. Cleaning personnel knocking on the door and demanding to come in way before the check out time that we were promised. Management tempered with our open window and closed it, which caused my fiancé and I to wake up. It just seemed like they wanted us out of there sooner than our check out time. Did not feel welcome and would not stay again. badly maintained,dirty,old,noisy & poor security. Adjacent to a very run-down trailer park. never again!. The room was noisy and there was a fight going on in the parking lot from a drunk guest. She was taken away in a police car shortly after. My room backed up to a very old trailer park and if someone walked behind my room, which they must have often, a big barking dog would not stop barking. Very annoying. Especially late at night. The door inside was very dirty like someone opened it with their dirty boot for a month. Outside door wasn't much better. Bedbugs. Dirty. worst renovation job I've ever seen...doors don't close...no electrical outlets..exposed lamp socket in bathroom is a deadly safety hazard (and violates code)...smoke detector woke us up with low battey alarm...(who buys zinc carbon batteries these days?)....etc...etc. The place is a dump. Unkept and dirty.
