We were pleasantly surprised because the room rate was reasonable and we were not sure what to expect. We found the desk staff very good, the room was good and comfortable and the continental breakfast was quite exceptional. we were very pleased. Love that it was within my budget and easy to book online, was just minutes within my destination, clean,friendly,spacious rooms, my stay was great and would stay there again when need too, thanks for great service.

People were really pleasant and polite. the staff was really nice and the location ideal for parents of college students; value and comfortable. I liked the hotel and the friendly staff members and i have decided to extend my stay in this hotel. I liked the location, right next to the colesium at WVU. I liked being in the mountains. very good breakfast,friendly staff , great value for money, its A bed and shower. location close to wvu. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Location, friendly stuff, good breakfast. Clean room friendly staff. Clean for an older hotel. closeness to locations. Breakfast was great. Every-thing. Two locks on the door, WiFi. Basically clean and no bedbugs. Included breakfast was simple but good. Price was good. The dining area for breakfast as well as the breakfast. It was close to the coliseum. Breakfast was excellent in the charming conference centre and staff were friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was quiet and close to town. Allrooms had outside doors and picnic tables. Outdoor pool. AC worked. Breakfast was good.Beds were comfortable. price, breakfast, honesty of staff. Pool Cost. Nothing. Cost. The staff were wonderful...breakfast, especially the cinnamon spice waffles was a great surprise and most appreciated!. -mold in bathroom ceiling -uncomfortable beds and pillows -mildew and lingering smoke smell in a -non-smoking room. The lady that checked us in was very nice. The price was reasonable. The continental breakfast was excellent. Breakfast was better than average in that it included hot items such as eggs and sausage. I liked nothing about this place. It was the worsed place I have every stayed in. It was dirty and run down. I had to sleep in my clothes since I was afraid of getting bedbugs!. nothing, or looked nice in photos is the best I can say. Leaving. The construction going on which causes traffic jams. This is natural in my area of Northern Virginia but is hopefully a limited experience in Morgantown, WV. it is not a luxury motel but I like that. plumbing needs updated had to use bathroom in main building toilet in my room didn'T work. Clean err.. that not happened. Cleaning service went WAY overboard with the Febreeze. Needs updated, but for the price point it can stay the way it is. nothing. The door was very difficult to open and to get to stay closed, it also leaked air terribly; when I mentioned this to the person at the desk the reply was that they had tried to fix it but it "just doesn't seem to get any better". A frail or handicapped person would not have been able to use this door. A lot of light came around entrance door. Couldn't find ice machine... The room was nice but a bit dark and not so clean- towels and sheets were not as clean as expected for the money paid. My room had a terrible smell about it. The bed skirts looked like they were taken from the bottom of the pile, terribly wrinkled. I got the feeling not much care goes into fixing up a room before the next guest. Honestly I don't think I would ever come back just because of the smell. Rundown appearance of the room. Bathtub had water damage behind the wall and the bathtub tap dripped. This was a non-smoking room (which was good), but there was a pail of cigarette butts right outside the room, which I promptly moved to another area. The room also had a cleaning chemicals odour to the room. The room smelled a little of mold. Unfortunately there was a loud disburance going on outside most of the night.Involving a number of people.Not only do you not sleep but it is terrifying to be in such a vulnerable position that you don't easily forget. There was a stain on the sheets that we did not complain about. When you took a shower, you had to hold you foot on the drain to release the water. The tub would fill up with water if you didn'T. The room was clean but we should have said something about the drain and the sheets. Lighting was poor. Pillows were so small and worn out. Bedding kept coming off the mattress. Could be greatly imoroved with new linens and pillows. No soap in room. NO hot water for shower. Water stained ceilings in room. AC so noisy could not hear fuzzy TV. run down look, noise. Floor was dirty, not very clean. Hotel needs total renovation. The room smelled. The faucet didn't work very well. The room felt dirty. Stained blanket, no carpet. Room not as described on web. I have to say for the price of the rooms, I think a person could expect a more to date room with cleaner newer towels and just all around cleaner atmosphere. The carpets were disgusting!. Could hear people talking all night. Not sure if they were next door or a few rooms away. Needs updated. The room was terrible - cracked toilet, bathtub, molded, tv didn't work well, Heating was loud and not totally functional. No tissue paper in the bathroom, and barely cleaned!. The mattress sank in the middle. The furnishings were junk. The floor was very dirty. There was no TV guide. The cleaning staff kept knocking on the door and glaring in the window about an hour before we were to check out. One lady even knocked on the door and opened it before we could answer. Thank God we were fully clothed. Room was noisey due to the people next door up until 3:00 AM. Room needs more attention to being cleaned. Bathroom in room #142 definitely needs some TLC. Sink was cracked, tub & toilet were chipped and bathmat had come half unglued. The worst part was the half used bottle of lotion on the counter! This room should not be assigned to anyone until changes are made. Old tv. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Room had an odor to it. Rooms are unclean. Sheets were worse. Door locks were broken. Huge insects in sink. Loud party 3 doors down made noise late into the night. Prank caller called the room at 4:30am. Facilities are poorly kept. Dirty room, toilets backed up, mouse got into the room, newly renovated but cheaply, too close to a college as I feel they were catering to that client. Would never return!. bathroom, bed, coffeepot didn't work, floor was sticky, dust on pictures and trimming in room. We will never stay there again. Very dirty, bad smell,stained and ripped carpet. Threadbare and stained. We had to change rooms three times, just to get a decent room. Hotel is in desperate need of renovation, but the service was friendly. Bad housekeeper,none smoking room smell bad(sure is smoking room),. Dirty Stained couch Moldy ceiling tiles Dirty toilet. Key dud not work on secns night. There was no hot water on the second night. There were wood floors which were dirty. Coffee was not replaced. POOR value. Refund requested for second night!!. I did not like anything about this place! It was aweful!!!!. heater made so much noise we could not sleep with it on, door let in cold air, bathroom was falling apart and not clean, many items were broken or next to broken, beds were small. breakfast was ok, chairs were in need of repair. The bed. The room. The floor. The shower/bathroom. The stinkbugs. The dirt scum everywhere.
