The motel was full but you rarely saw alot of people at one time and it was nice and quiet. The free breakfast was great! Daily hometown and USA today newspapers free in lobby. Although we didn't take advantage of it they had a nightly snack in the bar area. We were close to all the local sites and had easy access to major highways when we wanted to go site seeing. The hotel as well as the town was very clean. New carpet has just been put in. The suite lay out was nice to have the bedroom separ.

Very friendly staff, the queen room, more like a little apartment, was very spacious with a whole sitting section separating the bedroom from the hallway, 2 TVs, neither of which I used. Very clean. Very close to campus, with a Starbucks, a Kenyan and a Mexican restaurant in walking distance, as well as a sports bar open late that is owned by the same owners, so the staff knows about it. We only stayed one night and for that length of time it was good. We were 3 in a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The queen beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was excellent. Love the suites because they give you a lot of space. Loved the staff because they are always friendly. Loved the cleanliness of the rooms and the bedding and towels are always clean we we stay here. We were visiting our Granddaughter and was really very relaxing after long days of shopping. Have stay here at least three times. Breakfast isn't bad either, not a full breakfast but it works. breakfast was excellent. Never ran out of food. Business office in great shape. Clean facilities. Very close to dorm where my daughter moved in. Great location from downtown. The size of the rooms especially having an outer room for seating. The breakfast was very good plenty of variety. Beds very comfortable. Staff courteous. Everything else. Good towels, water pressure, pillows and bed. Able to make an egg and cheese sandwich at the complimentary breakfast. The suites were very spacious with a bedroom and a sitting area. There was a TV in each area. The breakfast was excellent. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The free appetizers for happy hour were a welcome surprise. We've loved the suites. They were very large and comfortable. Everything was very clean. Convenience to the college. Bed was comfortable. Coffee machine was very good. The size of the rooms and its proximity to where we needed to be. parking, breakfast area, lobby, sitting area in our room. This is a college town. Suite style allows for visiting. Great value and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Room was nice size with room to get away from others!. The suite and all you got for an excellent price. The traffic was pretty constant and the students weren't in town yet. I would have liked to stay more than the one night I did... The matress on the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and the springs could be felt. The heating in the room was difficult to regulate. The heat was not working in our room and we had to wait for maintenance to come repair it. Being on a major road near a junction difficulty getting out. Wifi doesn't reach into bedrooms, only outer suite area. I booked online and informed that my wife needed a first floor room. My wife just had foot surgery and I asked if you had handicap parking? When we arrived they had us booked into a room on the Fourth Floor. After complaining they gave us a room on the First Floor, but it was still (dirty) with garmet labels on the floor. The TV's only had one remote, so I had to go back and forth to put the TV on and change the channels. It also only had (1) hanger. The Juice machine wasn't working. We had an issue with the toilet..but it was resolved quickly and without much disruption during our morning routine. location away from a walking area, priced a little high. Breakfast stops at 10. No complaints. The continental breakfast wasn't worth eating. But I don't stay at a hotel to eat. Nothing. Didn't want to leave lol. Had to request our room be cleaned and spoke to a maid on the floor and she said it was not her room to be cleaned- it was cleaned so a minor incident. Still frustrating waiting for a clean room hampered our quiet time!. staf was not as friendly as the last time and seemed distracted. Our air wasn't working very well. The room (408) was facing the afternoon sun and that may have been part of the problem. You may want to check it out. I had a fan with us so I was quite comfortable. No complaints. Breakfast was a joke!. My issue is with the reservations process. According to the hotel they did not have my reservation that I booked with the letsbookhotel.com. They said there were issues with the communications with letsbookhotel.com. However, I had no problem with the hotel honoring the reservation at the same rate, but it is troublesome to know that they had no knowledge of the reservation even though I had all booking numbers etc. The air quality was very poor. Spent two nights and the rooms were hot. The pull out bed was not comfortable. The springs came right through the mattress. I didn't get any sleep, and had to sleep on the floor. I didn't feel the air conditioning was working well also the pillows were uncomfortable. The staff was not willing to help or go out of there way to make sure you were satisfied. The spare linen in the room had random hair in it. The bathroom door had a huge hole from where someone punched it the shower rod was falling down. Most of all it was run down. Won't be staying there ever again.
