  The staff without exception were very good, cheerful and helpful. We had a sea front room with large balcony but the decor was tired and needed up grading.   This hotel is the absolute best I've ever been to!!!!!! And I've been to a lot of hotels all around the world. If you want to avoid valet parking witch cost 38$ a day there's public self parking right next to the hotel for 1$ an hour from 8am-6pm after that it's free

  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

The suite needed up dating but it was clean. The pool area was very nice. I liked the security staff made sure you were a guest and not just someone walking off the beach. We did enjoy our stay there. The view, the balcony, the beach..this was a great value.

  I like this hostel. It's very comfortable and not so expensive. Especially hostel is located on Ocean drive street (5 min from from hostel place to beach on foot!). Hostel Staff is very helpful and friendly. Roof top, pool and jacuzzi were my lovely places :) Here u can spend your evening time with big pleasure.   This hotel in Surfside had only been open 5 days, so they had a few kinks to get out of the system. This was more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff.
