  I think it depends on the time of day you check in, to how quickly it all happens. Having been here once before you learn a few tricks. I dropped the family off at the entrance so they could get in the queue to check in. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!

  I loved how all the staff was very welcoming to us as soon as we arrived, they were all nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom included a massage tub and a tv mounted in the mirror. The spa is also very good and some parts are complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we payed it was well above expectations. Would stay there again.
