  The room was lovely and large. Security was great, you needed your room card to even get to the elevators and then to access your floor. Wi-Fi was included in the "Resort Fee" and worked well.   I upgraded my room after seeing "ask about a room upgrade" on the video monitor when I checked in. For an extra $20 a nite I got a huge newly remodeled room with a jacuzzi tub.   Everything- the spa is amazing (the best massage therapists I have had in a long while) the eucalyptus steam room is godsend after a long plane ride.
