  It was a marvelous, beautiful and quiet place. There is a restaurent in the hotel, during the week and in off season it looks closed but it's open, you have to ask. On week end the village gets alive and ther is a lot of peoples and activities (we had fire works, jazz concert).   We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. I have no idea how she did it but she upgraded my room to a complimentary suite, all this because of an old war injury, and to top it off, a big thank you for m

  Everything- the spa is amazing (the best massage therapists I have had in a long while) the eucalyptus steam room is godsend after a long plane ride. The pool is beautiful and clean gets great sun all day. The Adult pool is nice also. The restaurants are all very good and easy to get to. The - Vic the concierge was excellent! Outstanding bellman too. Food good in restaurant and a good value. Good bath products in room. Baby cakes coffeehouse has the worst coffee I've ever tasted & only fair service. Valet was great. The housekeepers were sweet. Having to pay for Internet & no coffee in room were 2 negatives. Would rather pay more for room with Internet. I don't mind paying more just don't nickel & dime me.
