I dropped the family off at the entrance so they could get in the queue to check in. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!

  I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

  It was a marvelous, beautiful and quiet place. There is a restaurent in the hotel, during the week and in off season it looks closed but it's open, you have to ask.   It is a small casino/hotel but had everything we needed. It was a 3 minute walk to The Strip and right across the road from MGM Grand and Tropicana.   When we first arrived we were placed in a room in the seventh floor, which had windows that you could barely see out of. On top of that, we found hairs in the bed. While at first I was a bit - The wave pool was amazing and very fun for my 12 and 14 year old boys and myself. It was soo hot in Vegas (104+) that we stayed in the water the entire 4 pool hours each day of our stay. The lazy river was fun as well with a good speed to it for drifting or running/swimming. We enjoyed the lux room view from the 23rd floor facing the pool. Everyone was friendly and the Starbucks was handy. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson One show and the buffets for each meal except one dinner and one breakfast.

  Me, hubby and our 13 year old daughter stayed here for 4 nights in July 2013. We let my daughter pick the hotel and she chose this one. The hotel looks amazing! Who doesn't want to stay in a castle?!?! The hotel itself if huge and is great for families. There is a large food court and a few restaurants onsite to choose from. They accommodated me on all counts - the view was great and the room was quiet (I was in "Tower 2"
