  The room was very clean and spacious. The location is great as it only 2 blocks from Lincoln Road and 2 blocks from the beach- so short walking distance to shops/bars/restaurants but far enough away from the main strips so its quiet. Hotel was clean well presented, spacious, friendly, a very nice boutique Hotel, great rooms comfortable beds. Alvaro looked after us extremely well, he did everything to make our stay perfect, he should be the Hotel's Manager. I would definitely stay at the Prestana again when in Miami

  Was a great hotel to stay at. Was over looking the back of hotel and was spaying in a jacuzzi suite, I called n asked to be changed and they did within minutes. Put us overlooking Collins avenue. Top to bottom z ocean was exactly what a young couple needed. Not crazy kids screaming off balconies, it was romantic and relaxing the entire stay. Will ... 别人怎么说 » be back again for more than a weekend next time. Would def recommend it again - Doesn't look much from the outside, but we had a penthouse suite with pool terrace which was great. Room spacious, bed & pillows very comfortable. Great staff - particularly the concierge. Late check out not a problem. Front Porch Cafe excellent for breakfast & lunch but less suitable for a special dinner.

  As other reviewers have noted, the staff at Villa Italia are excellent - friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location - just a block away from the major strips - is much quieter and less crowded than Ocean or Collins, yet easily accessible to the Deco district, beach, and restaurants. It's a small, simple, comfortable, convenient bou - I was two days in this hotel. It was a very good stayng. You can stay in a very quit zone near the Ocean Drive, with a lot services. Rooms are very confortable and clean. You can have all we found in other 5 star hotel, but in a smaller dimension. I liked very much for particular things, like: drinkings very researched, chocolate on the table, bed very relaxing, cream for body, liquid tooth cleaner,..... The receptionist was very kindly and helped with a lot of information.
