  The location is unbeatable if you're attending a Texans game! The hotel is located directly beside Reliant Stadium and there's even a side entrance that allows you to walk out the hotel and right on to the stadium grounds. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were comfortable, and liked having a refrigerator in room. On my last visit I had a death in the family, and the desk clerk was very helpful in canceling the rest of my stay. I will be staying here again a few more times this year.

  Close to md Anderson. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. Only complaint was hearing the metro-train whistle blowing all night just across the road. - It's was a nice clean hotel for an excellent price. The staff were wonderful.

  When we arrived for the Rodeo they were booked solid so they were a bit behind on getting our room ready. Initially the young Lady behind the desk said they would need an hour. I thought no biggie we could do some things at the Rodeo and check in later. ut upon hearing that the manager asked for a list of rooms to be cleaned and went floor to floo... 别人怎么说 » r himself!!!! I had a misunderstanding with the hotel staff that they are going to drop me to the airport. I was upset about it-they eventually called for a cab, and got me dropped. The staff was very nice to talk to. Hotel was very clean. Wifi was excellent, streaming live television was not an issue.

  The entire staff was extremely helpful. This hotel makes having to go to Houston Medical Center so much easier for the out of town patients. This Hampton Inn & Suites has door to door shuttles to each hospital and the service is great without long waits.
