When we arrived for the Rodeo they were booked solid so they were a bit behind on getting our room ready. Initially the young Lady behind the desk said they would need an hour. I thought no biggie we could do some things at the Rodeo and check in later. ut upon hearing that the manager asked for a list of rooms to be cleaned and went floor to floor himself!!!! We waited maybe 10 minutes! On top of that they gave two free breakfast vouchers on the house for our trouble!! Awesome staff!! If youre.
所有评语 » The room was actually quite spacious. I had a misunderstanding with the hotel staff that they are going to drop me to the airport. I was upset about it-they eventually called for a cab, and got me dropped. The staff was very nice to talk to. Hotel was very clean. Wifi was excellent, streaming live television was not an issue. Upon arrival the Staff was excellent, friendly, knowledgable and entertaining. The Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Starbucks Coffee !! The Best Thai Sauce Wings I have ever had !!!!! Shuttle service to nearby attractions. Located beside Krugers / CVS. Jogging beside the River. The entire place was clean and the staff was friendly. The lobby and halls were well lite and did not have the typical musty hotel smell. We also like the option to park in the garage or lot,. The room was amazing ! Bigger than U think , the location was perfect that it's really located in good area near to the groceries, shops and many restaurant, the price is good. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to answer questions and provide computer directions to attractions. Very large comfortable clean rooms.friendly helpful staff. Open cheerful lobbby area. I liked the computers and the boarding pass facility. The rooms were very clean with a trendy decor. Beds and pillows very comfortable as well. only 2 mins away from my event. Loved it!!!!!. There wasnt any good breakfast facility at the hotel. No Room Service. No Shuttle to Airport. Breakfast not included and there s no buffet , just as U order But whenever u order some thing u gonna like it , they serve good foods. Temperature of hot tub in morning--too cold. No continental breakfast. It didn't have a microwave in the room. Would have liked to seen more trash cans because we ate all of our meals out and didnt want the trash in our room. N/a. would like to have seen continental breakfast. No free breakfast. Unfortunate view from the window. My room had a mildew odor REALLY BAD when you first walked into the room, room 617. The ac didn't work on auto only on on. The light switches were weird and the clock radio was to confusing to reset to the correct time. I wish there was breakfast served for the guest during a time period to show appreciation for choosing this hotel. No complimentary coffee! Clerks were slow and had no sense of urgency. Nothin. no free breakfast & coffee. N/a. From a previous botched reservation a few months back I was told that I would be given a 2 night comp stay on my next stay there. The clerk couldn't locate my reservation again this trip and I ended up paying for my stay. I only stayed one night due to this being the second time I've gone through this. I really like the facility on a whole and I've recommended to other coworkers warning them their check in may be torture but the staff and facility are both very nice. When we arrived the evening of the 16th of May, the hot water did not work. The hot water was still not working in the morning. We were given a free breakfast, but it did not make for not having hot water. I had an appointment at MD Anderson early the next day and it was not a great feeling having to take a cold shower. I have another appointment at the end of the month and I don't think I will be staying at this hotel. Shuttle service did not pick me up at requested site after three phone calls. I had to walk back to the hotel. After confronting driver he told me that he was not allow to go into Reliant Center to pick me up. Although, I was dropped off in the morning with no problem getting in. Being expensive specially for a student trying to attend a conference. Room not cleaned 5 of 7 days I paid for. Did not get what I paid for. Check out is 12:00 noon. At 9:45 my room had a vacuum cleaner in it. No one around, but everything I had in refrigerator to take with me was stolen. No one should enter my room that I paid for until I either check out or after 12:00 noon.
