Convenient location, friendly staff at checkin, nightly security guard
on duty. Although an older buiilding, 2nd floor non-smoking room was
clean and acceptable. New windows eliminated noise. Bed was very
comfortable! Free breakfast was typical "continental style" -

The following day, the day shift person came and replaced the temp gauge, and it worked just fine. I would stay there again.

The staff is amazing! So helpful! I needed to stay an extra night and right away the front desk was able to move some things arownd so that I didn't have to move my 3 young children around and we were able to stay in the same room. They also got me a crib for the baby. I asked for it at the front desk at check in and by the time I made it to the room they were putting it in there! Phenomenally good value for money. Just book it. The room was well and
tastefully appointed and fitted with tv, cafetiere and fridge as well as
table and chairs. A good cafe was on site serving simple but very
palatable fare. There were also gym and pool facilities which I did not
use. The location was very practical with only short drives to Sea
World, Midway Museum, Old Town, Zoo etc (in fact there were shuttles
available for a couple of these destinations). I felt very relaxed there

Hotel Vyvant provided us with a fantastic experience in San Diego. The
location in little Italy is perfect for exploring the city and
you're close to tons of restaurants by night. The beds were so
comfortable that we didn't want to get out of bed in the morning.
The daily breakfast is perfect, and the weekend happy hours with local
beers and wines was a wonderful touch. The staff was always helpful and
accomodating. You should absolutely stay here if you get the chance!
