  First experience of a hostel and it was excellent. Hope to stay again sometime. - I liked the location in terms of being able to walk or easily take public transportation to the heart of the city as well as the immediate area, 6 bed dorm room and nice bathroom, helpful staff (gave out good local map to all hostelers), general cleanliness, and "complimentary breakfast all day", which included tea, coffee, fruit, bagels and cream cheese as a plus.

  Was comfortable and convenient. When I told them that I needed to keep my insulin cool they gave me a little refrigerator without charge. However, what kind of a hotel room does not already have a refrigerator?   Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent for the money and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

  The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed. Service lady was really great and friendly as was the booking agent for shows etc. Breakfast was amazing and there was so much to choose from. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a slight mix up with our room, and Michael, the night manager, handled it just great. He took good care of us, and I would stay there again!(Also, we loved the water in the lobby!) - quite a transformation in a year's time -we stayed there we/ another teen grandchild last yr and returned for 2 reasons, the location and the suite option. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Concierge services were terrific.Everything was spotlessly clean - great housekeeping services! It's safe and convenient. - Clean linens and fresh room. Plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. I got caught up on some much-needed sleep. The breakfast was delish - especially the country gravy with sausage! Also, they had a pancake maker that was fun to use. The concierge gave me some good restaurant recommendations and knew the immediate area well.

  This hotel is situated at less than 2 minutes walking distance from the red train line and at walking distance from most interesting shops, bars and restaurants and is still in a quiet area so that you always feel sicure, even at night. We had a problem with the fridge which was addressed immediately. My husband used the gym and enjoyed it very much. The décor is art deco. Beds were very comfortable. There was a small sitting area with 2 chairs and a small table.

  This is a good location. The red line subway is just next to the main hotel entrance. The Magnificent Mile is a couple of blocks away. There are many restaurants within walking distance. A one page list was provided by the hotel. A business center is provided by the hotel where you can check the internet and print off information without charge. They put us on the top floor, next to the stairwell so we didn't hear any street traffic. I loved how quiet the bathroom was. The lights didn't buzz and the toilet wasn't loud. I was very impressed by the staff at the front desk and would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat!
