The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful. This is an historic hotel and maintains that sense of service and elegance. Perfect location on the lake & Michigan Avenue. Live music in the lounge & in the more fomal space off the lobby.
