The price was great compared to others in the area. It was a short drive to campus which is what we were lookign for and there were plenty of choices for restaurants close by when we need to grab a quick bite.
Staff was awesome! Rooms opened to outside Easy access to hwy without the noise of traffic Close (walking distance) to restaurants.
Close to the highway... Great place to stay for UT games... 10 Min drive to campus.

Staff was friendly, cost was reasonable, not a bad stay.
It was very affordable but still classy.
Facility is older but clean and quiet. Close to an interstate but very quiet for sleeping. Breakast could be a little expanded but adequate.
The proxinity of everything to Downtown Tennessee . Many things off of Merchant Drive , too.
Location was great to the stadium and downtown Knoxville.

The toilet ran constantly and wouldn't flush at first, but luckily we got that fixed to where it flushed (but still ran). The smoke detector was missing which was a little concerning. Breakfast was 6-9 and since it was vacation we slept in and missed that both days.
The breakfast was horrible!! This was mot the hotels fault but.... Guest staying 2 doors down woke up at 3am and proceeded to have a very loud conversation right outside of our door for 30 mins.
You get what you pay for.. Nothing bad but don't expect luxury. Breakfast is over pretty early... I think 9am.
Older place so don't think you will be staying at a great hotel. Know what you are getting.
There was no fridge in the room.
Everything was dated . Was a former Red Roof Inn . It all looked about 25 + years old . But at the time , we were desperate for a room .
Staff was very rude.
the staff that was terrified to accommodate our needs.
Pool closed before dark. Paper thin towels. Only allowed 1 towel per person. Won't be staying here on the way back !!.
Old Motel, clean.
Smoke alarm missing Lock missing off the door Bed spring loud and stab you in the back with every move.
Had to move rooms because originally assigned to smoking but we booked non smoking. No refrigerator. Toilet ran noisily. No elevator. Crowded with noisy guests. Breakfast was limited.
Everything.
