Room was very clean. Nice shower head and water pressure. This means a lot to us.non smoking room was REALLY non smoking.was given free wireless access. location,value, friendly staff. Easy access from interstate in avoidance of traffic following game at Neyland Stadium. It served our needs. Somewhere to warm up and rest after the game before the two hour return trip home, at economy price. We will use again, as long as the wives are not with. They would never stop complaining.
所有评语 » Staff was very responsive to any needs and handled everything in every professional way. I would stay there again. Close to the highway I75 Quiet Request for mainfloor was fulfilled. Location and shuttle services to football game. The price and proximity to utk and I-40. The front desk staff quickly apologized and refunded my money without and hassle. Had coffee in lobby in morning. Tv.was out of date. It might matter to someone else but we didn't watch tv. non smoking room I requested -had smell of tobacco smoke. The uncomfortable, uneven (lopsided ), obviously very worn mattresses, and the fact the shower valve was backwards. We thought the hot water was out, maintenance had to point out the flaw. The light ballast hummed all night, and the next morning learned the metal door security lock was somehow grounding the ballast when ingaged. Misled about internet access. We were told there was access, however were not told that it was available at a cost. It was a basic night sleep and we were on the road again. Fridge would have been nice as well as in room coffee. Price dictated that no basic amenities were included. Drug dealers next door keeping us up all night with people knocking and in and out all night. I booked a king and got two doubles. The heat was awful and I froze. Maintenance person on call was called on Saturday night when my door bolt lock stuck open. Supposed lived 5 minutes away. He showed up 1 hour 30 minutes later after repeated calls to his location. There were roaches in our room and our "neighbors" hung outside their room drinking, setting off car alarms until 4 am. Non smoking rooms reeked of smoke. Checked out a total of three rooms all bad. After two days and washing the filter, my cpap still smells like an ash tray. Bed was no better than sleeping on floor. No amenities like iron, blow dryer, etc...but I guess you get what you pay for. If there had been nearby openings, I would have gone elsewhere. Reminded me more of one of the cheap motels that either rent by the month or by the hour. No shuttle to ut games.
