From the very minute we opened the front door we were struck by the amenities. Would and have recommended the Villas to friends and family. Would stay there again if we return to the area. Staff rated as good instead of excellent as we had so little interaction with them. The location was perfect, with easy access to Publix for grocery needs.

This is our second stay at this resort. It is convenient to the places we need to go when in Orlando/Kissimmee. We would still recommend this resort, even considering some of the annoyances. -
The rooms are spacious, beds are soft, rooms are very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

Loved the proximity to Disney and Sea World. Loved the large villa. Pools were very clean. 95% of the staff was excellent but the few that were less than fabulous downgraded the overall rating. Value!! :-) My son had stayed in the hotel part before and been far happier but since we had more people this time and we wanted to be together we had

The hot breakfast was surprisingly tasty, the staff was cheerful and helpful, the resort pools were clean and well maintained, as was the miniature golf course, and playground. For a short stay with young children, the low price and amenities greatly outweighed the slight discomforts of the room.
