  The room was simply wonderful! The added space compared to what Disney offerred made this a wondeful vacation accommodation at a bargain price. Would and have recommended the Villas to friends and family. Would stay there again if we return to the area. Staff rated as good instead of excellent as we had so little interaction with them.   We actually decided to extend our stay because we found the place extremely beautiful. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped us out with even a better room then the one we expected. Very prompt! Very clean and quiet, amazing view, equipped with golf course , pools, lakes, fountains, looks like a small community. I had read reviews about the odor of Animal Kingdom being next door - we didn't notice a thing. We used all the pools in the facility - and enjoyed them all.   This is our second stay at this resort. It is convenient to the places we need to go when in Orlando/Kissimmee. We would still recommend this resort, even considering some of the annoyances. - The rooms are spacious, beds are soft, rooms are very clean and the staff were very nice and welcoming.

  Loved the proximity to Disney and Sea World. Loved the large villa. Pools were very clean. 95% of the staff was excellent but the few that were less than fabulous downgraded the overall rating.
