We arrived early and Lyndsey was there to greet us. Very friendly! We were shown to out room. It was very cozy. We enjoyed the muffins and tea, then went on to the cheese and crackers with some wine.The location was beautiful. We had a nice walk. Breakfast was yummy. Good choices. The architure of the inn was beautiful attention to details with antiques and fresh flowers. Port wine,brandy and cheese in the eveing was heavenly. But the best was the ocean views. The staff was very attentive to your needs and very friendly.
所有评语 » Loved the room, comfortable bed, the best view, relaxing, quiet side yard with chairs, peaceful, quiet, lovely porch to have breakfast and see ocean while eating, and most importantly, lovely staff. Excellent location, helpful staff. Enjoyed afternoon tea and (bakery) pastries, followed by cheese, crackers & wine. Also enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Great amenities. the Inn was very nice, clean, & nice amenities. The view was very nice & location was close to beautiful old shopping communities. The location was beautiful with a deck overlooking the water. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices and the room was spacious. This hotel was amazing, great views, great place for walks on or by the beach, short distance from shopping and great lobster. The friendly Staff, beautiful rooms,the sea and quietness of the area. Tea and porto services. Bykes! A memorable stay!. Loved it! Spotless and tastefully decorated inn created a warm and charming environment. Highly recommended!. The location is outstanding. Worth extra cost for ocean front view. Extremely clean and detail oriented. Location is right on the Beach. The staff is attentive, friendly and very helpful!. The home atmosphere of the hotel. Walking on the beach Cozy room. the location. everything. right by a beach, ample parking. Location was nice. Location. Nothing. The only issue was staying on the first floor. People above us were very loud, could hear ever move they made. I wish they had put us upstairs. I realize it's a discount but there weren't many people in the Inn. The carpet could use updating. The only thing was the noisy pipes whenever the hot water was turned on. Could hear that from other rooms as well. But it's a very old house so this we understand. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we had slept on while on vacation, other than that everything was outstanding. Insofar as breakfast is provided, may wish to consider changing the offerings daily. Renovation is showing it's age. Toilet flush was "sticky" and caused the toilet to run. The shelf in the bathroom was very shaky...worried about it falling over! Internet did not work...even after router was re-set...I Could connect to an internet "next door" so it wasn't me!!. None. Wish we were on a lower floor. Otherwise all was good. there should be wi-fi access throughout the inn. That we couldn't stay longer!. Rooms are small but charming!. Wifi available only in the lobby. Couldn't see TV over bedpost No fresh fruit. the carpet in some area of the house were very dirty. no discounts for disabled veit nam vets or any veteran. bit remote from the town and facilities like restaurants. A/C was very loud in room. We got zero sleep. No screen in window next to bed, so couldn't open window without many bugs coming in. Sink faucet leaked badly. Staff aloof and unfriendly, seemed they were just there to pick up a paycheck. Plastic knife on ground in stairwell the whole 3 days that we were there. Everything.
