After arrival they sent us to occupied room, when we returned to front desk, they upgraded us and gave us a voucher for the restaurant.   The swimming pool complex was amazing and well-suited for both a 1-year-old and an 8-year-old. A great place for a multi-generational family vacation...perfect for families traveling with the grandparents. Everyone had fun! Exceptional staff.   Loved the atmosphere on the grounds with the open-air lobby and tropical landscaping. The on-site restaurant had excellent food and a view of the pool and ocean. They weren't pushy, but available when you needed them.
