Located near Interstate 86, this Horseheads hotel offers free Wi-Fi and rooms equipped with a refrigerator and a microwave. Mark Twain Golf Course is 3 miles away. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and a work desk are offered in each traditionally decorated room at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Elmira Corning. The hotel has a nice location near food and drink and shopping, they have clean and comfortable rooms with a nice artistic design about it while the pool was very small it was nice and warm in the pool room and it was very clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the open air dining area was very nice. There was plenty of local information at the desk, and the internet was fast, looking forward to a second stay sometime in the future.

fantastic hotel. spotless and cheerfully decorated. Front desk staff outstanding, helpful and friendly. Near to shopping and Finger Lakes. we had to reschedule our trip twice due to illness and had no problems at all. Very happy with this hotel.

The view, its basicly in the middle of a shopping area so our view was the loading dock of the neighboring store, but the draw is the area not the view from the room.
A little tricky finding the hotel, unless you are familiar with the area. By the third night, we could find our way back to the hotel with no problems.
Breakfast on Sat at 8am was disappointing. The area was filled with food debris, spilled batter, empty serving dishes, understaffed, and not enough room to sit. One attendant was present but didn't appear to acknowledge the chaos around her. Tiny bugs buzzing around the floor grate in the main floor restroom.
No fan in bathroom. Pool room excruciatingly hot with no ventilation.

Our room was next to a staff kitchen/work room. Noise woke us up many times.
Noise proof. Car noise from outside Noise from rooms, next Drapery ( inside ) Covers halfway.

Very, very, very noisy family above us on 3rd floor. Called front desk at 10:15 and the noise didn't stop until 11:30. pool too small.
