The location of the inn is excellent. Close to shopping, dining, wine country. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, and would come back in a moment. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
I liked that it was very easy to find off the highway and it was by shopping areas and restaurants being centrally located. The room was beautiful and the place was clean.
The staff was great, smiling and friendly. the room was spacious and clean. I'd rate this motel at the top of my list, and I have stayed at many across the USA.

The staff was very nice and the pool was clean. Free coffee/tea and cookies were provided ALL day and it was a very cozy experience.
Hotel met expectations. I have stayed at this chain before and like the warm cookies, comfortable beds and fresh linens.
The Inn had a very nice feel about it. We were pleasantly surprised.

Very comfortable beds. A tub you could soak in. Huge vanity in bathroom. Good coffee in lobby when available. Convenient parking, Decent Air Conditioning, Good price.
Newer building. Good AC relief. Close to Seneca Wineries Trail.

I didn't like that the hot tub wasn't available and the towels at the pool were small and thin. There also wasn't a place to put the used towels.
Smoking wasn't permitted, and there was no spa. and I really did not like leaving....nice place, thank you.

Advertisement stated that they had a hot tub...which I have enjoyed at other Country Inn & Suites but there was no hot tub at the hotel. Should really remove this feature from advertising for this hotel. I love the hot tub, and had told my friend to expect a great hot tub, so it was disappointing to learn there was no hot tube upon arriving.
breakfast room was too small and crowded and there was a small area of mold on the wallpaper in the bathroom.
AC to cold in whole building Jacuzzi not working.

Mattress quality not comfortable.
Staff less than friendly. Always had to ask for fresh coffee. Room while clean looked sparce and in need of renovation. Maid didn't change sheets as asked for. Room lamp broken. Bath water barely hot. Breakfast food was awful.
Road construction is affecting access from Interstate.
When I got there late at night and tired it was impossible to get to the hotel using gps even though we could see it; also when we finally got in the reservation was nowhere to be found; it finally turned up with my first name in both fields and my last name nowhere.
