The downside: over-crowded parking lot at peak times, with lots of related noise for rooms near the entrances/exits. Staff was very kind, helpful.

  This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting the area near Hampton Beach. Our room had a nice view out over the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean with great facilities. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again. - The view from our balcony. The prompt service we got when our TV wouldn't work. The beach was a short walk away. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We were also allowed to leave our truck in the parking area while we walked on the beach on check out day. A wonderful and unforgettable experience that will definitely bring us back to the Atlantic Breeze again.

I was thrilled to find an opening on July 2-3rd at an affordable price. The clerk was very friendly, and did his best to accommodate our needs. The room was clean, and nicely decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast was great in the morning.

  Very friendly staff. Loved my room as it stated balcony with partial view but I had a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance.   Requested extra pillows and towels and we got them! Pleasant and helpful staff! Coffee and muffins hit the spot! We r coming back for the big room with hot tub! Oh yeah!! - It was clean and good value for the money. I did not use any of the amenities but the pool and hot tub area looked clean and not a lot of people.
