  Most of all we love this location. We prefer a very late season stay due to our love of peace and quiet. Roy's assures us of this. Our room has the most glorious of views and any traffic sounds are dulled by the sound of ocean waves.   This hotel is in a great location if you are visiting the area near Hampton Beach. Our room had a nice view out over the sea. The room was very comfortable and clean with great facilities. We were close to everything we wanted to do. We were also allowed to leave our truck in the parking area while we walked on the beach on check out day. A wonderful and unforgettable experience that will definitely bring us back to the Atlantic Breeze again.

My air conditioner broke in the middle of the night and when I reported it I was told that they had 24 hour onsite maintenance.   Requested extra pillows and towels and we got them! Pleasant and helpful staff! Coffee and muffins hit the spot! We r coming back for the big room with hot tub! Oh yeah!! - It was clean and good value for the money. I did not use any of the amenities but the pool and hot tub area looked clean and not a lot of people.
